In every state, if you voted with an absentee, or a mail in ballot or can also legally request a second ballot and vote in person if you tell the poll worker you have already mailed a ballot in. The second in-person ballot will only be processed if your mail in ballot can not be verified.
This is entirely legal and exactly what Trump told people they should do to make sure their vote is counted
