"Most glaring in the tax returns is that they include 26 Trump businesses—or imaginary businesses—with zero revenue and hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax deductions for expenses," he pointed out while noting they should be of interest to New York State Attorney General Letitia James, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and Attorney General Merrick Garland.
"Unless Trump can produce records showing the expenses are real and meet other standards to be deductible, that’s fraud. That Trump did it 26 times as a candidate and as president is powerful evidence that he qualifies for prosecution by the federal government and New York State for criminal tax fraud," he wrote before adding the results could lead to a "slam dunk" prosecution.

"Consider a rich business owner who fabricates deductions but who would still owe zero tax in the audited year even if those deductions were denied. That means an audit that will not generate any tax revenue. That’s also what Trump apparently did in 26 sole proprietor, or Schedule C, filings in the six years of released tax returns," he wrote before adding, "Trump also turned a profit off a portion of the tax system, making $2.8 million profit off the Alternative Minimum Tax, or AMT."
If anything, Trump will just be ordered to pay a huge fine and maybe some back taxes, and him and his lawyers will find another way to scam the government to pay the fine.
It's hard to imagine how many thousands of people are scamming the tax system and how much money they are cheating the government out of on taxes. The whole damn system needs blown up, it's designed to benefit the wealthy.

None of those other people did it while being president of the USA. Why do we let this man get away with everything? He belongs in prison. There is no area of his life that isn’t corrupt. AND HE WAS THE PRESIDENT. He should be held to a higher standard. Not the opposite.

I agree with all that but in reality I know Don the Con will never spend a second in jail, and I would be willing to bet the farm on it.
I expect his lawyers to drag out any charges for years. At the very most, as I said, he'll be fined and ordered to pay back taxes, and he'll shuffle the cards somehow that he'll recoup it. Heck I expect the next Rep president to give him a full pardon.

The Pubs refuse to pass any legislation to increase funding for the IRS allowing them to hire more agents and increase staff.
The real problem is the volumes of tax codes that could fill a library that only tax lawyers know how to manipulate to divert, circumnavigate, and hide the assets of their wealthy clients.
Trump’s IRS guy put one person in charge of auditing his taxes. The guy was overwhelmed and in over his head so his returns were never really questioned.
You are correct Washington DC is set up for the Rich and Political power elites to benefit. I find it business as usual. Tax fraud from a Corporate entity is a given and expected. I doubt there is a need to give Trump a pardon as he will not be convicted on any charges.

Trump literally said as much in his Debate with Hillary. Hillary attacked Trump for taxing advantages of Tax Loopholes and such and Trump stated "Well, why didn't she change it. Why didn't you change it when you were a senator? The reason you didn't is that all your friends take the same advantage that I do, and I do"

I'd say twitter Lawyers need to not delve into the field of psychology and use terms that are above their pay grade. The use of concrete thinking is most often associated with lower IQ individuals, young children and not sociopaths for the most part. In the realm of sociopaths not being able to think abstractly it is not relevant to metaphors as much as them not being able to process Feelings and the thoughts of love etc.. And the whole psychological study done in 1991 on inmates has a whole host of issues to boot.

Do I like it that finding ways around the tax code saves the Rich money? Nope but I understand that the Rich do pay taxes and pay a much higher percentage of the overall tax's in America than the average Joe. The Rich also employee the working class man/women with their innovation and industry. The poor never gave anyone a job.
The shiftless, lazy and irresponsible bring absolutely nothing to society. They leach and Grift off my labor and yours. They are often well fed, housed and have free medical. And usually they are involved in destructive street crime and violence. SO yeah I'm not a fan of the so called poverty ridden.

I have a Nice job that once my psychological analysis are done and charted and a few other duties are performed, which I must say I'm Fast thorough and rather skilled at after 25 yrs, I am on the ready for any patient needs that arise. If they do not then I have a few hours of down time on the unit, those hours are built in for the patients issues which when they occur are acute and serious such suicidal thoughts/actions, self mutilations, and other psychological issues.
I work the Over night shift for two reasons I am paid a honest days pay for a honest days work(Shift Differential) simple as that. By management request I work overnights do to my skill/experience because of the over all reduced staff at the facility during these hours thus I am compensated extra for the stress and unhealthy lifestyle of working over nights.... .
I actually work As opposed to sitting in the trailer park,section 8 housing etc and waiting for my govt check to arrive in the mail box or in their account. I do hope you can see the difference in earning a wage and expecting a govt handout from those who earn a wage?
I understand that you have no actually logical rebuttal for all the grift, shiftless behaviors and laziness of the free benefit demographic. As I have stated before on numerous occasion I worked in the Income Maintenance field for several years so I have first hand knowledge of that clientele and I do still have friends who work in that field and they tell me that things now are worse not better as far as the out right BS and such that goes on.
I have no issue with you and others wanting to believe the lies and half truths about the poor suffering people who receive EBT/Food stamps, Medicaid, Section 8, Energy Assistance etc.... plus how they manipulate all the Churches and other charities for all they can get. That is on you and clearly within your rights as a American you can believe what ever you want.

Myself I'd much rather see my hard work and tax dollars go to the Military industrial complex than the grifters. If I had my choice though I'd like to see that money funneled into the ground level infrastructure upgrades that are much needed and into actual clean energy research. But sadly when bills are passed they to are mostly money shifting and grifting as I have pointed out.

I have worked in several fields over the decades. Machine shop, Income Maintenance, Mental Hospital, Farming, Pepsi , Gas Station management ,Coaching etc. But I by no means believe I'm a expert in every field. I do like to do research.... so I'm always reading and studying different things. A few years ago I got into Quantum physics and watched and read as much as I could on the subject. Now I'm delving back into Anthropology( I have a degree in that) and watching and reading on that subject all the time... my GF thinks its strange that I do this type of stuff. She prefers to go to Down Stream or do a puzzle. I'm not a puzzle guy.... never saw the point the pictures on the box.
I like to learn and keep up on stuff..... it's my weird quark. And I do have a decent memory to recall facts and stuff I read. My neighbors nick name for me was life line.... Although at 50 I started to notice my recall was not as sharp as before and it's gotten worse as time moves forward. Can't be father time he always wins in the end.

My rebuttal to your attitude towards the "free benefit demographic" is I have tremendous sympathy for the children of the poor. I despise adults who receive gov handouts and are capable of working and refuse to get a job. My fellow teachers on here can attest to the number of children stuck in poverty through no fault of their own.
Save your lecture about how most of the welfare money will never end up being used to support the children. We all know some low lives will use their welfare checks for booze and drugs. Again, not the children's fault. And it is a stereotypical falsehood to say none of that money will end up in the bellies of impoverished children.
It is OUR fault for not demanding the enforcement of welfare fraud laws, not the children's fault.

I agree it's not the children's fault.....but it's not mine either. I'm not my Brothers Keeper!! The U.S. has had a war on Poverty longer than we have had a war on Drugs and the cycle of Poverty continues and has gotten worse and will continue to do so.
There is absolutely no way to enforce the multitudes of welfare recipients to do the right thing with their benefits. Our only fault is we provide free money with out obligations for receiving those benefits. And while some of that Welfare money does get to the children the waste and neglect is rampant.
I have more faith in my fellow man than you. I 100% believe if the benefits where removed the welfare recipients would join the work force doing the jobs that they often refuse to do now. Doing so would instill a work ethic and a sense of urgency from their children to value education and develop a workable skill set for their future. You actually see this in poverty ridden countries without a extensive welfare safety net systems they value education and working skills to escape poverty, sure that safety net might help a small percentage but long term it creates a methodology of govt reliance and that leads to a poverty culture.
Of course this doesn't even address the Substance abuse problems with the National Library of Medicine saying over 50% of recipients abuse substances.... and that data is from the 90's.

Don't confuse me needing evidence and proof of Trumps unproven nefarious activities for not being in the middle. I 100% believe in innocent till proven guilty and I refuse to be swayed by a corrupt and wicked Propagandist culture that has portrayed themselves as the champions of the people as far back as the journalists in the 20's, but in reality they were muckrakers then as well. The court of public opinion is irrelevant and often wrong.
