Pleasant Hill has hired Greg Smith of Smithville as new HC

Interesting, but good hire for P-Hill. Why did he leave Smithville? At least a lateral move if not a step down in terms of programs.

I can only guess it was because P. Hill beat Smithville in week 1 last season so he thought, "If you cant beat em, join em!"
Pretty brilliant deduction. Where did you go to high school?

I heard he had an issue at Smithville to begin the season, probably the best for both schools. He gets a new start and P-Hill gets a pretty good coach. Which I feel they lost a really good coach.

I believe Coach Roach is retiring. My question is, who will now be the coach at Smithville?
Not retiring he's a growing boy.

I will say interesting hire. Had some decent seasons at Smithville, so I am excited to see what he brings to the MRVC. I hope it amps up the competition and P. Hill continues to compete.
NOW look at the Roosters! Two time defending MRVC West champs if memory (notes etc. are at home) serves right. This season, however, will be a whole new ballgame in what could be a really, really deep (think 5 of the 7) conference.

Warrensburg, Harrisonville, Odessa, Oak Grove and Pleasant Hill. I'd bet most anything at least two end up in a conference title tie.

A legacy account dating back to 2001 WOW.
Someone actually said, once upon a time, this site was born in 1999. Can anyone verify?
Legacy account or not, the poster was a troll!

But 1999 sounds correct. I think there was a thread many years ago, discussing when MoSports started. Pretty sure the oldest account was traced back to 1999
