Is a Carthage v Staley semi-final a possibility again this post-season? If so, where would the game be played?

Carthage will face Vianney in the semis. Never can guarantee 100 percent but I'd say about 95 percent as of today.
I don't know about that. Jackson seems to be a legit dark horse in Vianney's portion of the bracket.
Jackson has 4 shutouts and gave up only 1 score in 2 other games. Underestimate them at your own peril.
Anything could happen but Carthage and Lebanon 'should' win their districts and I think Carthage will be a favorite over Lebanon. I think the potential Jackson/Vianney game could be very interesting. I also noticed Jacksons 4 shutouts and some huge wictory margins in their schedule so they are a team I would be very weary of.
I'd love to see Carthage make it to the final game. They've surely got to be one of the better programs over the last 15 years to never make it to a final. Unlike last year, this year there are about 8 teams including Carthage who I think could potentially win it all in C5.

I know, as a fan, I'm ready for Carthage to break through. Can only imagine how hungry the players, parents and coaching staff are.

I fully believe that there were some championship caliber Carthage teams that never got the chance in the 2000's because they were in Webb's district in Class 4. It would be amazing to see them take one home in Class 5 this year.
Didn't WC win state championships during the 2000's? Seems to me Carthage DID get chances to win state if they would only have beaten WC in district play. So, now that they're in Class 5 you think they'll have a better chance, even though they STILL can't beat WC? That logic escapes me.
Yes I guess technically you're right. They did have a chance they just didn't get it done. The whole point of my post was to say I thought Carthage had the 2nd best class 4 team in the state many seasons that Webb won.
For the record, I do think that Carthage has a better chance in C5 than C4 most seasons because 9 times out of 10 I'd wager Webb would win class 5 if they played in it. Maybe that's the Homer in me talking but we'll never know.
It continues to amaze me how many seemingly educated people on this board often talk about one class versus another as if there is some obvious delineation that makes the higher class far superior to the lower class.
In the meantime, a class 4 school of 800 students might beat a class 4 school of 1,100 students, and that's not a surprise.
