Can Clever Eldo or Mt Vernon beat Strafford in playoffs?

They can, but Strafford remains the favorite to win against any of those teams. They lost today to a Class 5 team, but they are still the best Class 3 team until they lose to a Class 3 team.

Springfield area refs are still the best refs in the state and you can hate all you want! These kids have accomplished a lot. The game was called fairly consistent considering how physical it was. There was one foul called on STRAFFORD where the whistle was blown about four seconds after the fact and everyone was very confused. It was a horrible call. Also, when the coach was issued a warning it was after a no call on an obvious foul and that’s what Referee‘s do when they know they messed up they give a warning. It happens all the time. Strafford definitely didnt play well enough to deserve a win. Way too many turnovers and seemed confused offensively. After all that, they missed several FTs and has opportunities to win. They should be proud of their effort, played hard and for a team with one returning starter playing a class 5 team returning almost everyone from a final four team, Id say a one point loss isnt bad. They will learn and get better from it.

The way Strafford played tonight and so far this year, they are not the best in class 3. Might be Licking right now...

Anyone wanting to see an example of the most overrated,spoiled, lazy,selfish player coached by the worst coach in the Ozarks, you still have time to catch the second half. Wow. Turnover machine too busy having conversations with dad in the stands to focus on the game. Pathetic display.

Every game is like that. At least she got her shoes changed at half.....I wouldn’t be able to deal with it as coach

I saw a lot of tears. I mean did they really think it would go forever? They are still pretty good but some things got exposed yesterday with some players. It will be interesting to see how it plays out . They played with loads of confidence due to the massive streak they had.

What got exposed? I think I know what you're getting at but wanted to be sure.

Just some things out there I saw with some players that made you go interesting not naming any names but as far as how to guard certain ppl . Now that said it’s gonna take a good team defensively to expose those things again

Best games in this tournament in the opening round and on the winners side of the bracket so far have been Clever vs Nixa, Republic vs Strafford, Ozark vs Republic, Kickapoo vs Northside, and Blue Eye vs Carthage, the only overtime game

Interesting seeds here... not sure I agree with all of them. What do you guys think? Any predictions? Who is ripe to be upset in the early rounds?
