Class 5 #1 West Plains vs Class 6 UR Nixa
These two have met 7 times in the last 3 years, the lady Zizzers with the 5-2 advantage over the Lady Eagles
Most of these games have been absolute battles. In their last 5 meetings(in the last 2 seasons) games have been decided by an average of 5 points. Including a 3 point triple-overtime win by WP.
Nixa would matchup with Ava in quarters more than likely. That could be interesting as well. I don’t think Nixa is going to be as good as they were last year, but I haven’t seen them play so we shall see.
Class 5 #1? Greenwood(AR) vs Class 6 #3 Rock Bridge
Greenwood is the defending Class 5 champs in Arkansas, posted a 28-4 record last year.
Last year was their 6th state title for the program. According to some sources I found, they were voted 2nd best team in Ark out of all classes last season at years end. Like in Missouri, Class 5 is the second largest classification for basketball in Arkansas.
From what I can find, the Lady Bulldogs only loss so far this year is to Class 6 #1 Conway(AR) who maxpreps has as the #1 team in all classes in Arky I believe.
