Between innings last night Pham knocked himself in the head with his bat using some strap swing contraption he put together. He had to leave the game with a cut and big lump on his head. We'll see how long he's out.

His interview about it is just absolute radio gold...That dude has just skyrocketed to the tops of my all-time favorite Birds. He's not in Jimmy Ballgame or Tommy Herr status yet. But he's getting there.
