Park Hill/Liberty North -Did anyone see this

Was updated late Friday that Liberty North had first and goal at the 2 yard line with 2 minutes left and could not score. Anyone see this?

Yes. There was actually less than a minute left and I think it was on the 1. Park Hill's DC made some great calls with his back against the wall.

I remember back when Pembroke Hill had 1st and goal in the semi-finals against Warsaw with about 1:30 left to take the lead. Warsaw held on 4 downs and went on to win the state championship. Great game. They had turbo clocked Pembroke the opening game of the season. Pembroke Hill's freshman QB matured over the year. A kid by the name of Jaron Rush was the qb.I remember thinking, man that kid is built like a basketball player. Did not have a clue who he was.

LN ran it 4 straight times. On 3rd down they brought in a jumbo formation and gave it to their big D-lineman Datarreon(sp) Richardson. Stopped at the line of scrimmage. PH simply won the LOS on the last 4 plays. Great game in spite of the terrible conditions.

PH vs Staley should be a doozy.
