He had a very good offer if he didn't take the Waynesville Job. I think it was a conditional offer with the other party knowing this was a possibility.Had this coach accepted jobs at other schools and then backed out? No dog in the fight just curious
I read online in the board documents that on Feb 25 he was approved and hired at 1 school. He had a very good offer if he didn't take the Waynesville Job. I think it was a conditional offer with the other party knowing this was a possibility.
The market is so slim right now to fill staffs. But I appreciate schools that hire assistants and let them out when a head coaching opportunity presents itself. It will only get worse over the next 5 years as the new teacher pipeline is drying up from the college teacher education programs. Education pays so low, it is hard to justify a 4-year college degree to start for less pay than a Hardee's shift manager.I read online in the board documents that on Feb 25 he was approved and hired at 1 school
