OU , kU* and ISU tried to join b1g in 2010.

Come on peat. Just admit you were wrong. Here's what you said "Couldn't even win the north till the nubs left." Are you ignorant of reality? Mizzou would have beaten LSU the last two years IMO.

You used TCU as some great program. The reality is they dominated a crap conference..struggled joining the big 12 and had a good season in the worst p5 conference. Beating Ole Miss isn't some medal. Arky beat them by 30 for heaven's sake. Yeah..Arky that Mizzou beat.
By 7 points when the coach was to stubborn to replace his injured qb.

I thought the ACC was the worst conference? Oh thats right they beat the SEC heads up. Come on Veer I will use your logic when it suits you, "you cant compare scores" MU squeeked by SC 21-20 who beat GEORGIA 38-35 whom beat MU 34-0. And it wasnt like MU put a whoopin on them. They beat Arky in Columbia by 7 and the majority of sane people say and saw it was because the coach wouldnt take out the QB who was VERY VERY hurt and couldnt throw the ball.

Yes you are correct MU did win the north twice with nubs still there 2007 when them and KANSAS were both 7-1 but KU lost by a whopping 8 and the Nubs had fell to 2-6. I think they fell to OU by 21 in the Conference Championship.
And 2008 when they tied the Nubs with an impressive 5-3 record even after losing to KANSAS. And I think that Championship was close with OU something like 62-21.
2009 and 2010 the Nubs won. MU went 5-4 in that terrible BIG XII conference in 2011 and left to face a conference that could give them better competition, lol. Would any of the east teams have beaten Baylor or TCU last year? Oh never mind I know your answer, most of them LOL..

You should go into coaching

Mizzou wore Arky out..just like they did Minnesota.

LOL OK Arkys QB was what 6 for his first 8 in the first half and then 7 outta 22 the second half, somewhere around there. Every time he threw hed grab his arm or drop it and his head down in pain. Minnesota? TCU beatem worse but thanks for playing. You mouthed TCUs win over Ole Miss because of OMs recent losses UHM Minnesota lost 4 of their last 6....

Yah Minn beat Nubs and slaughtered iowa ..lost by 7 to OSU, 10 to wisc, 16 to Mizzou. Illinois loss was a WUT? Are we really gonna compare scores?

SBDude how far will Stanford drop this year?

I think they have a good chance at being better than last year. The offense should be better. They struggled at the beginning of the year of offense as they had 4 new guys on the OL. As the year went on they got better and the offensive production reflected that. Lost one OL to the NFL draft but everyone else returns along so think they will be better there. QB Hogan is senior this year and is a good QB. Expect good things from him. TE corp is back to normal with a bunch of big, talented guys this year. If McCaffrey builds on how he finished last year, star in the making. Need to get better at the running back position. There were such high hopes for Barry Sanders, Jr. but he has been a bust so far. If the running game is OK, offense should be good.

Defense lost a lot from a very good unit. Best player may have been the safety who was a JR but he left in the MLB draft. (Stanford has quite a few dual sport football/baseball guys). DL has talent but is thin, can't afford any injuries there. For the first time in many years, I think the big question mark for this team going into the season is the defense.

If the defense does OK, I don't see any drop off from last year and possibly being better than last year. Defense won't be as good but offense should be better.

Until Brantley got hurt I thought they'd be better. Very good experienced offensive line, good returning back, Mauk without a blown shoulder, back 7 of defense as good as they've ever been. Great thing about Mizzou is their player development doesn't require stars..just time and effort. Beckner may have to play a lot of minutes and he's not been through the program yet.

Mizzou is a year away.

You honestly think he was asking you a serious question?

Yes he did. Even went as far as saying his source told him they were going to the B1G. Spent a few days giddy as a school girl about it until it didn't happen. Then the SEC picked up MU. Then proceeded to bash the B1G.

Pretty typical Veer moment.

Kenny remember when you posted that OU wasn't looking to leave while Mizzou was?

Yeah you did that.
