Everyone remembers him throwing the chair across court but my #1 (that A word) memory was circa 1986 when some poor young lady tried to interview him after an emotional win over John Chaney and matchup zone Temple. She asked him about the key to victory he shouted down at her "us scoring more points than the other team had a lot to do with it".......................I thought she was gonna break out crying right there on National TV.
Bobby Knight may have been the worse basketball commentator on TV doing those old Big 12 Monday night games.
He was a butthole but he sure could teach the motion offense. I read one of his books and used it for my team. Great stuff.
First round of interviews for this one are starting next week from what I have gathered.
