Not many changes this season except for the 5-point bonus/deduction for solos which ONLY applies the first three rounds (District playoffs):
ALL players stay in the contest the first three (District) rounds. Points are compiled the same as the regular season EXCEPT there is a tiebreak in week three.
The top EIGHT players advance to the MO C1-5 quarterfinal/8M-C6 semifinal round (#4). At that point all games involving NWCMO teams will post with a pair of tiebreaks and, as previously explained, the solo bonus/deduction goes away.
FOUR advance to the MO C1-5 semifinal/8M-C6 championship round (#5) where the same tiebreaks/rules apply.
TWO advance to the FINAL MO C1-5 championship round (#6) which is winner take all with the same tiebreaks/rules.
Beginning this year an email address will be provided for players in rounds 5 and 6 to email me your picks which I will post once all are received/the entry deadline arrives. This is to help prevent "gamesmanship" between players.
AS they seem to be unpopular there will be NO pointspreads (I am not good at them anyway LOL).
Anyone with further questions etc. about this contest please reply to this thread and I will get with you when I read it.
