This has been reported on for days, Bearcat. There's an article on it in the post dispatch today as well. I also recall CNN talking about it days ago.
I don't think it really matters in terms of the verdict but it is something for MO lawmakers to consider. The law is likely illegal.

The autopsies showed he had a wound on the back of his arm that could have happened while running away. They have no way to prove it either way. If a witness is interviewed twice and gives you two
different stories there is absolutely no reason to bring that
witness in front of the grand jury. They did this multiple times.

I don't know what happened with witnesses but I would guess some of them told one story when interviewed by police and another when in front of the grand jury. The ones that did NOT give interviews for TV reporters and did NOT want to be identified are most likely more reliable.

every word of the people in power. My mom retired from a circuit clerk office.
There is a whole lot of CYA that goes on. If she wouldn't believe every word
then I sure as heck won't be naive either.
You must admit having a PA who comes from a family of cops

can be briskly cross examined then the questions people are still
asking could be answered.

So how do you know who to believe actually saw anything in real time and what did they see? Every jury has to decide who they think is telling the truth and compare that to the physical evidence they're presented. They did that and we got the results.
A grand jury doesn't need to hear from every single person they talked to. The PA office should filter out non credible witnesses. That's how a normal grand jury works. They overwhelmed the jury with too much information. They
had written statements from witnesses, then had them testify, then
cross examined them in front of the grand jury. But Wilson got to testify
without being attacked by prosecutors. That's not normal dude.

Nothing about the whole deal makes me "feel better" but I'm not obsessed with it. The kid should have just done what the officer told him to do and get out of the street and he would be walking around today with misdemeanor shop lifting on his record. Why did he go to the car and confront a cop over being told to get out of the street and draw attention to himself after what he had just done in that store?
Well you also believed Obama wouldn't get a 2nd term, the stock market would crash after his election, and that the earth is only 6000 years old, so excuse us if no one puts a whole lot of stock in what you "believe".
Duck the family will get their day in court, I have no doubt where will be a wrongful death suit. Whether Wilson did anything wrong or not his life has been ruined by this. I can't imagine there is anywhere he go and be a police officer and I don't even know where he can go and feel like he and his family are safe.
