I saw a story not long ago about pipelines a company has been quietly building that will do what the Keystone pipeline was intended to do. They have completed much of the work and they didn't need to get approval from the White House because it doesn't doesn't cross the border. It will be connected to existing pipelines that already come out of Canada and will get the oil to the Gulf. I've been waiting for someone to post about it on here but I haven't seen anything yet.
