Nixa week 8?

With a lot of young kids playing key roles This how will they respond? any thoughts?

1. bounce back from loss to WC and beat CJ handily?
2. Have a let down from tough loss to WC and play poorly possibly losing to CJ at home?
3. Look ahead to week 9 Carthage game and overlook week 8 CJ game possibly losing

I think they'll take care of business and beat CJ. But, I think they'll lose to Carthage.

In retrospect Webb may of been too much to chew... I see Nixa’s offense waking up- finding a way past CJ who will be as physical as they come. I don’t see them beating Carthage...it would be an epic upset if it happens though.

Nixa does match up with Carthage pretty well, though. Carthage usually tries to out physical teams with their power running game and that's going to be a lot tougher to do against Nixa than it was Joplin. I'll take the under.

I see Nixa beating CJ, I just think they will be too much for CJ at this point.

This loss was probably a gut check and a blow to confidence. If coach can keep them inspired and believing they are better than other recent Nixa teams they'll carry on, no problem.

I think they will run all over Carl. Carthage likely beats them but it will be a game. One of those where it comes down to who wears down first and who can avoid mistakes. Nixa may be able to do a better job at forcing Carthage to be one dimensional than other teams thus far.

Nixa D line is SOLID. They can move some DNA around. And their LB's make plays.
