Yep the cardinal was facing to the left instead of the right like it normally is everywhere you see it.

I like the colors on the new turf, almost gaudy,,,,but sometimes you can't get too gaudy

Now if they just make the new track surface red..........

I did not. I had a five disk lamanectomy and fusion in my cervical spine so I missed many games. I'm all healed up so I am looking forward to enjoying all the games this year. My son just got his first teaching job in the Big 8 and he will be coaching the Middle School so I should get to see it this season.

I've got to say Reeds Spring is the team I've been most impressed with in regard to the level of improvement and competitiveness over the last few years. I had a sinking suspicion that we might lose that game last year when it got scheduled early in the year like that. You guys really capitalized on mistakes and came out strong. That's one game I will miss after next year. I also think the community support is great down there. I'll get to see lots of the old Small COC as my son coaches in the Big 8 plus some of my old school rivalries like Monett. Ought to be fun.
