New Turf at Springfield Central

Was at Springfield Central this past week. They got new turf put in. What a difference between this past football season and now. Looks a whole lot better... Drury and Central Logos are both on the new field. Lines for football, soccer, and lacrosse

No. Ampipe will probably never get turf. Being the president of the boosters club, I lobby every year that we get turf. The facilities at Walnut Heights are what Im trying to get Ampipes up to. So far, Ive only gotten the boys new locker rooms!

Have you ever been to Ampipe? Its a dying steel town in rural PA! I was lucky to even get the locker rooms!
