Pretty much expected, kind of the same situation Kickapoo had, long time assistant gets the head job. We'll see if she can have the same success with Republic as Kickapoo did this yr under Hanchey. Likely won't have a ton of talent to start with though this coming season

Probably because Republic doesn't have as much talent coming up as they normally do.

I don’t believe.Larsen is getting those opportunities to turn down…..he would probably leave if he could…he left Catholic for Strafford because it was a good move and got him an automatic state title.

Its a tough situation at Strafford for him. He probably doesn’t like losing last several years and losing players. He’s struggled to follow Frank, and he’s probably looking to leave…but word is not that positive here so it’s probably better for him to leave if he could, but he probably can’t…or he probably would. Who knows, people usually don’t turn down high end jobs like Republic if they have the chance. Dont know for sure.. but last several years have been short for him for sure and word hasn’t been positive

But if he struggled to follow Frank…he might it have wanted to follow republic legend. He would always fall short. So maybe he wasn’t up to it or maybe he couldn’t get the job..hard to tell, I heard lots of rumors he was going to this role. He could want to make it right at Strafford…
