In my opinion these look much better than the first set that came out. One glaring omission still is Platte County in class 4. The beat LSW, and last I heard had only lost 2, both to #1 ranked Liberty.
It's unfortunate for some of the top teams that they'll be knocking each other out before the final 4, while some weaker teams will make it due to their district and quarterfinal. Leopold, St. Vincent, and Bismark are all in the same quarter, same with Fatima, Lutheran SC, and Herman, same with Helias, Logan-Rogersville, and Pleasant Hill. The Springfield district with Ozark, Nixa, Glendale, and Kickapoo is just brutal. Some states rank the top teams and set up districts accordingly, to try to ensure that they get the best teams at state. Missouri's system is done out of geography and convenience (although how Hannibal is in the same quarter with Neosho is beyond me)

Re: Dexter sweeps Perryville

In Class 3 District 1, host Dexter enters as the top seed with a record of 27-3-1. The Bearcats' three losses have come to Farmington, St. Pius X (Festus) and Notre Dame (Cape Girardeau). The tie also came to St. Pius X.

Perryville is the No. 2 seed and enters the tournament with a record of 24-8-1. The Pirates' eight losses have come to St. Pius X (Festus), Windsor (Imperial), Parkway West, Nerinx Hall, Helias Catholic, Duchesne, Central (Park Hills), and Dexter. The tie was with Francis Howell.

Notre Dame (Cape Girardeau) is the No. 3 and enters with a record of 22-7-1. The Bulldogs' seven losses have been to Farmington (twice), Perryville (twice), Dexter (twice), and Leopold. The tie was with Jackson.

This is going to be an epic showdown in Class 3 between these three very talented teams.
