Need some history help

Simply because I follow Class 3, District 4 more than any other, one stat has jumped out at me: No No.1 seed has ever won the district title. My question is if there is any other district that has failed to have a No. 1 seed claim the title under the new format.
2012: No. 3 Monett
2013: No. 2 Seneca
2014: No. 2 Monett
2015: No. 3 Aurora
2016: No. 2 Monett
2017: Either No. 3 Reeds Spring or No. 5 Mt. Vernon

Because their point system is what it is...a blunt instrument that isn't predictive.
