If this is not disclosed all good. Just curious what the "average" MO HSFB HC salary is estimated to be. Not looking for info on any specific schools etc. just a general idea.

I don't think there is a particular site that has everyone on there. Iowa use to. It should be public knowledge but it's up to the school district to publish it.
Most places, you get your teaching salary, and then coaching is a percentage of the base
Thanks, everyone! Not trying to data mine etc. just curious how MO measures up with surrounding states I follow like KS, IA, OK, AR, IL. No use discussing TX that is a whole other World.

Most schools do not go from percentage of base. Bigger schools yes, smaller schools no.

I know there is a site that will show any teachers salary in the state of MO. It's always a year behind though. Sadly, I donut remember the site name. But I know it exists!
Msta has a district book that shows salary schedules for every district teaching wise but nit coaching

Smaller sports outside of football/basketball- 15% minimum (without steps) of salary. Bigger the program, larger the percentage (when I was in that loop).
I've only been to one school that did it percentage. I actually made more than the head coach. Every three years you moved up a percentage.
Not enough! The job has changed so much but the stipends haven't..hence the shortage of coaches everywhere.
I would agree, I see our coaches today putting in so much time.
Someone posted a list a couple years ago if I recall, maybe it's still buried on this site somewhere but I couldn't find it with a quick search.
Webb City was the highest, I think around $120,000. Carthage and I think one other were in the high 70s and the rest of the group were in the 80s and 90s. If I am remembering correctly.
Yes, Springfield does it that way. To the previous it's not 120,000 to coach football. JR was the AD so I would say that most of that was administration salary. Even in my highest paid days as assistant or head I only made about 10,000.
