But ND is elite.
I am no fan of ND but if they run the table they will be in the playoff and will deserve to be. UCLA also beat Virginia by 16 so does that make Boise a top 10 team?
Ucla isnt all that. Rosen is a media darling.
But ND is elite.
5 turnovers including interception for a touchdown on the very first play against Boise had a little to do with it. Virginia also had a bad call on intentional grounding in the endzone. Just one of those games nothing went right. Agree with FROG if ND runs the table they are more than likely in......
Did you watch the game as I did or just read the rundown? I just love hearing the opinion of someone who didn't see the line play and physical domination.
ND game yes Boise no. So your right, ND won but it shouldnt count because they didnt get 5 turnovers. Their line isnt as dominant nor is UCLAs so since they only scored 34 and 35 points they suck. Well Michigan must be freakin awesome because Boises only loss is to BYU whose getting smoked 31-0 to Michigan. Of course Im not watching that game either so who knows maybe Michigan has great line play and are showing physical domination unlike their Utah game I did watch. It was a bad game regardless of your excuse. 5 turnovers

Comparing results on a one game scenario is silly IMO[/B]. Matchups matter. Over 4 or 5 games though it can tell some things
DUCK READ AND COMPREHEND VEERs POST. Although im sure he didnt post to agree with me he does just that. Notre Dame is UNDEFEATED, Boise is not. So Boise gets after the QB a little more than Notre Dame does, congrats. NDs undefeated guessing Boise wishes they were. Your hate for the Domers grows with every Irish win...I think I love that more than Ice Cream.
I was agreeing.
I don't think ND is that good but they beat the crap they play.
I was talking to the Kansas D-bag.
Ucla isnt all that. Rosen is a media darling.
UCLA isn't that bad. They are going Blair Witch Project on Arizona St tonight.
Actually they are playing Arizona.
Lol. I'm on a roll. Let me go.
My slipping? It obviously has to much butter on it FROG your slipping...
My slipping?
But ND is elite.
Please let ND run the table and get into a major bowl against a good team just like a couple of years ago. Then the old joke can be recycled.
How many ND players does it take to change a flat tire? One, unless its a blow out, then the whole team shows up.
Oh the irony if you're an MU fan. ND got beat by what, 20+ points by Bama in the NC? MU gets beat by that much by team(s) on a yearly basis. Yet you have no shame for making the SEC title game right?
Anybody who isn't a ND hater can see they play a schedule that is tough every year. They might not have that mighty SEC Least schedule(you know the one where Mizzou beat zero ranked teams and still won the conference division)
Alabama 41- ND 14
Alabama 42- Mizzou 10.
Next.
You flip flop on your comparing scores stance.
Entertaining how ND is such a burr under your saddle. Historically, there is very little in common between Mizzou and ND. ND has stronger academics, better student profile, more athletic championships, arguably more high profile alumni, a larger by multiples endowment, a national following, their own television contract, etc.
Mizzou has had a nice little football run in the last 10 years or so, has a very good coach, sells out the stadium more often than not, has a nice campus, a good academic profile, and is in a financially nice position with its new conference. Why don't you enjoy your own positives? I'd be surprised if Mizzou was ever a topic on a ND board.
SEC is only a topic on every board in America because generations of fans have been brainwashed into believing there is some kind of mystique about them. ESPN has been the most guilty. The media recruits for SEC. And by the way based on several metrics used to measure these things, you completely over rate the academics in the SEC.
ND zero titles since 1988
SEC. Lotta.
Great post kenny.
Mizzou has better looking women.Entertaining how ND is such a burr under your saddle. Historically, there is very little in common between Mizzou and ND. Ballgame.
I was agreeing.
I don't think ND is that good but they beat the crap they play.
If Nd is playing crap what exactly has Mizzou played the last 4 wks. Maybe the Tigers would like to play Central Methodist or Missouri Valley. I guarantee Mizzou is not a topic on the ND board.I was agreeing.

Replying to kenny, peat. He used the SEC as an example. One school versus a whole conference? Come on Veer your better than that. Are you only good if you WIN a National Championship? Having a very good record in multiple sports but not winning it all doesn't mean you don't have a great program.

Mizzou made it to the SEC championship game last year without beating a ranked opponent. #tough
