no i wasnt there, yes I helped produce the film. no this comment talk between all of the BO families and students.

These are injuries to 3 BO players no SB players. This all goes back to 1 player who transferred from SB to BO last year which people at SB took quite personally.

If a statement came out from SB wishing the best of luck or sympathy for the injuries to the 3 BO players I would have seen it (there has yet to be 1).

These 2 teams will likely see each other again in the playoffs on November 15, this time at BO. The game mentioned above was the final regular season game played at SB.

Its not conspiracy. Its an overwhelming amount of chatter I have seen, read, and overheard.

Adrenaline was at a high in the game. I doubt very seriously that they would injure a kid on purpose. Football injuries happen all the time and the timing of these injuries throws gas on a fire!

Hallsville might be the key to all of this, which seems they want to be aligned with Centralia. They must be losing some of their lockstep with Southern Boone. When Tri-County added them both, Southern Boone was the one who got them in saying they wouldn't go without Hallsville.

I was there. Anytime either team had a player go down both coaching staffs went to players Aide. Southern Boone did have a kid go out due to injury in that game. Those are facts.

Also, I know some folks from both sides. I was told coach from Southern Boone went to hospital to check on both players from BO. You stating those injuries were intentional is not true. The hit on BO QB was called a late hit. That was in my eyes the only thing you can say was agregius.

So your inaccuracies in your post is how "chatter" happens.

All that being said, I still think BO will win it all this year their Defense is legit. And the back ups to Injured players are as good as most starters on any other team.

If I were a Camdenton coach and this gets approved, I might think about retirement. That bus ride would be awful. Think about a Monday night trip for girls hoops. Woof.
CMAC will vote it down. I say 2 or 3 teams will vote yes and the other will vote no if they vote on it.

Forgot who said it but GAC could pulled a Tri-county said no but couple months might change their mind and let Hannibal Joined. Hannibal fits better geographically with GAC.but the GAC schools doesn’t like cross Cuivre River.

Since when should coaches put out a statement about an opposing teams injuries? Must be a new thing that I've yet to hear of....

Great to hear that both sides checked on the players. None of this information got to the families and communities of the BO community. Usually we hear stuff such as this but they have not.

I did not start any chatter, I just passed the information along that I constantly heard.

BO can still win it all but they are going to need their offense to play at a high level to be able to get past (Seneca, Borgia, maybe Dexter as well). I think they should be quite fine against the others.

Thank you for the info.

I appreciate the dialogue.

It is certainly not strong this year top to bottom in football. It is a good competitive conference in other sports, maybe the best baseball conference in the state among the smaller classes.
Couldnt agree more.

If anybody hears anything about the Board meeting CMAC having today about possibly adding Hanniball on there Agenda for the meeting, Let me know

Highly unlikely Hannibal joins the CMAC. I've heard Hannibal already has a schedule for 2026 except for maybe a game or two.

Their schedule for 26 and 27 is set.

There's no chance these sized schools are added to the CCC. There's a slightly better chance a couple CCC schools would leave to join them in a new conference. I just don’t see it happening. The size disparity is too great.
Card's was just reading some BOE meeting notes and it looks like Bowling Green will be joining the CCC. Prolly good move,
● Proposed CCC Conference Invitation to Bowling Green School District
to extend invitation to Bowling Green vote was 7-0 And seen others approved also.

Great move for BG. Been rumored for a few years. I wonder what this means for schools Like North Callaway and Montgomery.
I don’t know what North Callaway or Montgomery County and the rest of the EMO schools does. There is 3 options that they probably do if EMO does dissolve in the future.

1. Both North Callaway and Montgomery County joins Tri- County. Tri-County also brings in Father Tolton and Marshall and forms a Large and Small divisions

2. North Callaway joins Tri-County but Montgomery County stays in EMO but no football. Montgomery County joins GAC North just for football. EMO should try invite MMA and Community R-6 to join Conference.

Wright City heads to GAC North for All Sports.

Mark Twain, Louisiana and Van-Far goes north/Northwest to join Lewis & Clark with Scotland County , Salisbury and Westran. They also pulled in Highland from CCC

3. Rest of the EMO football Schools stay but EMO tries to add Herman or Father Tolton

Expect Wright City to join the GAC. They are anticipating moving up to class 4 in a few years

If I'm NC and MC I look at the CCC. None of the trips are too bad outside of Highland and Clark County.
If that happens, the EMO should definitely pursue Highland, Clark, Scotland, and MMA. With the larger schools gone, I could see Community R6 returning to the EMO. I have heard Clopton is considering adding football again. This would save football for the EMO.

I can say this, North Callaway and Montgomery are definitely concerned about their future

North Callaway and Montgomery County aren't joining the Tri-County Conference. That's a nonstarter.

Agreed. North Callaway was denied entry when Boonville joined, and Montgomery County just isn't close enough
And in 2010 (when Southern Boone was added they wanted Hallsville with them), 1999 (when Tipton left), and 1984 (when Warsaw was added) for sure along with a few other times.

I think the ideal scenario would be Hannibal goes it alone. (I don't think that they will be readded back to the mix with JC, Hickman & S-C to reform the old CEMO in the CMAC)
Kirksville, Mexico, Moberly, Macon, Centralia and SoBoCo (plus maybe Fulton) form a new NCMC? That would be intriguing BUT Centralia has A TON of history in the CCC. Unless that conference decides to push them out, I just don't see it.

Just seeing everybody output. I honestly don’t see Centralia and Macon leaving CCC. I think they was the 2 Rumor that NCMC was trying to get was both Centralia and Macon but they love the conference they’re in.

I like to see Tri-County to go to a North and South

North
Boonville 460
Hallsville 337
Kirksville 573
Mexico 535
Moberly 481
Marshall? 619
Bring Someone in like Father Tolton 268

South
Blair Oaks 326
California 348
Eldon 459
Fulton 494
Osage 515
Southern Boone 416
North Callaway 277 - Bring in North Callaway since Fulton joined
If you remove Marshall from the mix (send them to the West somewhere) and don't add Tolton & North Callaway (too small for this) it would be a nice tidy conference with some good cross division games.
