I have to wonder how MSHSAA could possibly be making more money off charging for livestream than selling the rights to a network like Fox Sports.

I just don't get what's the hold up. I would think there are plenty of corporate sponsors in MO to finance with ad dollars. Seems like a win-win for everybody.

Back when it was broadcast statewide (on Fox Sports I believe it was) it WAS free. It was a fairly professional production as far as camera work, graphics, and quality unbiased announcers. Since it’s gone down the Hudl path it’s almost impossible for me to figure out a way to stream it. I missed ALL of the first 2 games yesterday trying to figure out how to make the login work after I paid my $16. I was FINALLY able to get the 6A on my iPad after going down an afternoon of rabbit holes. Man that sucked. Never again.

The last couple of years, I have requested a couple refunds and have always got our money back (stream would freeze up, end early/start late etc). Worth a shot for you guys

Used to on the Fox Sports Networks about 10 years ago but MSHSAA got greedy

MSHSAA gives zero sh#ts about the product they put out, everyone should ask for a refund, maybe then they would care but I doubt it. It looks to me that they want to put the least amount of effort into content and still get paid every year

You would think MSHSAA could take some of that playoff money and pay someone like Randy Karraker a thousand bucks a day to commentate the finals games.

Based on his intro in the Class 6 game this year (where he talked about the opportunity to do the Class 6 title game again), and his voice/takes, I’m pretty sure he’s done Class 6 title games for MSHSAA in the past 🤔
