highlights from Missouri prep football.
No. 1
The Eldon Mustangs ended a 23-game losing
streak that dated back to October 26th of the 2007 season. Eldon defeated
Hallsville 42-20 in front of the Mustang faithful.
No. 2
Touchdowns, touchdowns, and more touchdowns.
Wright City
running back Trent Davis rushed for 355 yards and six
touchdowns. Princeton senior running back Vance Purdun
rushed for 354 yards and seven touchdowns. Arkansas
bound running back Kody Walker scored six touchdowns
including a 70-yard pass reception from Thomas LePage.
No. 3
Valle Catholic has rolled to a 3-0 start and
a No. 1 ranking in the MOsports.com Power Poll. Valle has earned three
consecutive shutouts, outscoring opponents 144-0.

No. 4
0-10 a season ago the Oak Grove Panthers have stormed back in
2010, opening with a 3-0 mark following a 50-20 victory over Imagine
Renaissance entering the Power Poll rankings at No. 10. Pete Carpino's squad will visit Pleasant Hill in
their toughest season challenge to date.
No. 5
South Callaway is off to a 3-0 start to their season following
victories over Fayette, Hallsville, and North Callaway.
No. 6
Union high star quarterback Jordan Webb who
passed for well over 10,000 yards in high school started and led Kansas
University to an upset victory over No. 15 ranked Georgia Tech.
No. 7
The Francis Howell Vikings knocked off a class 5 ranked foe in Timberland
53-21 to improve to 3-0. Brett Graves completed 10-of-17
passes for 173-yards and a pair of touchdown passes. Graves added
124-yards on the ground a a score. Keith Brown thrilled
with an 86-yard kick-off return for a score, Justin Schuh rushed for 100 yards
and a touchdown for the Vikings who visit Ft. Zumwalt West in a GAC South
division test this week.
No. 8
Ken Moore is doing great things, quietly in
the GAC with the Warrenton Warriors. Last season Warrenton finished 6-5
advancing to the playoffs. This season Warrenton is off to a 3-0 start
following victories over St. Charles, Duchesne, and Ft. Zumwalt North.
No. 9
Defensive players don't get enough ink on this site, we admit
it. How about the performance of Tyler Sexton in the
Waynesville 43-28 victory over Parkview Friday evening. Sexton finished
with 19 tackles, 1 sack, 1 forced
fumble, and 2 fumble recoveries.
No. 10
A shout out to Union who is 3-0 and doing it with another
talented passer and defense. Aurora is 3-0, ranked, and preparing for No.
1 Cassville. CBC knocked off Metro Catholic Conference rival DeSmet.
Rockhurst survived OT for the second consecutive week besting Blue Springs
South.
