It's that purple and gold star that really pop.
As much as I hate to admit it, you are right, Bullit. The stadium is impressive and the new(er) lights are much better. Before the lights were replaced, it was like playing a game in the shadows.
The Mox!When these teams have a film crew follow them around to make a documentary about their season....then I'd say they really pop. But these are great pictures regardless.
Yes Mits, I took a break from my Ivy Leauge Educated job and wanted to comment. The Mox!

Listen Steph, I know you feel your documentary was good, but truth is, that old school. The drama, the passion and the whipped cream bikinis just make the life of Jonathan Moxon and the fighting Coyotes a little better than your story. Not to mention, I went to Brown.
Brown? ehh... not impressed, what is that the Cal Poly of the East?
Really its one famous one who went to an Ivy League school and a has-been who I think is into Scientology now?Holy cow!! Two famous people on this site now!?!?
cal poly was one of the best engineering schools in the country... private or public. I came out with an education and could still walk.I know you struggle with your public school education. You and Billy Bob would get along just great.
Hey now! Only 1 famous person? Ive been here a lot longer than you buddy. We Ampipe folk stick together, unless youre that rat, Coach Nickerson! Then you don't stick around for anyone or anything! I'd love to you prissy, billboard, Texas players come play the hard nosed, blue collar PA players!Really its one famous one who went to an Ivy League school and a has-been who I think is into Scientology now?
I'd love it too Booster. Tweeter would have a new Tweeter End Zone Dance all lined up for you. Coach Kilmer wouldn't even have to show is ugly face because we would have Coach Lance Harper call the shots. It would be a rough night for you after I took your boys to the strip club all night and then they would have to try to play! But it wouldn't anyway, because, I would make all the RIGHT MOVES!
Who gave the crowd roaring speech at the pep rally? Who got the whole town organized to run out that rat Coach Nickerson? (I don't care what his coaching career did after Ampipe) Who runs the best steel mill in all of PA? Me! Im in the documentary just like you!OH NO YOU DID NOT JUST QUOTE MY DOCUMENTARY SONG! The hammer has been thrown down! What was your documentaries famous song??? huh... oh thats right, nobody sang a dang thing titled "Varsity Blues" except for maybe B.B. King.
Also, Bosko dont fool yourself about being famous.
Oh and Im Bosko, not booster. You sure do have a lot to learn about this site buddy.I'd love it too Booster. Tweeter would have a new Tweeter End Zone Dance all lined up for you. Hey now buddy! Im all about giving players a ride to school so they don't have to walk in the rain, walking the halls making sure they aint cutting class, or heck, even buying them beer. But sure don't do anything to distract them BEFORE the game. Being the head booster for Ampipe, I wont allow that whip cream to show up!Who needs a documentary song when you have Green Day and Collective Soul to sing for your documentary? Just my Brown Education talking...thats all.
And Mr. Bosko, I do apologize. By the way, there is a truck full of whip cream coming to the cheerleading team today. Hope the boosters are ok with that.
You know Bosko, I did a lot of walking around, just thinking. You know, Jonathan Moxon is just one man. I'm just one man. Being a booster in Ampipe may have been the opportunity of your lifetime, but I don't want your life. I'll keep the whip cream.Hey now buddy! Good! You should keep walking around too. You don't want my life, because you cant handle my life! Try working 50+ hours in the steel mill, then being the head booster, organizing pep rallies, giving speeches, giving players rides, and still find time to drink beer and play pool. Maybe we should ask Coach Eric Taylor what's up?
He's a former Texas coach now coaching in Pennsylvania...
Clear Eyes, Full Hearts
For once we agree Stefan. When Billy Bob is your best linemen, you can't be too hard nosed. But you have to admit, Wendall could carry the rock! I just wish Coach Kilmer wasn't such as racist and would have given him more touches near the goal line. I'm sure Coach Nickerson wasn't like that at all.I dont want to step on any toes around here... but PA football and Texas football arent really the same thing. PA is toughnosed, 6-2 stack running, hit you in mouth football... them TX boys just want to throw it around everywhere... now they might out athlete us... anyway, i doubt that coach is any good in PA

Coach Nickerson was never a racist. Rat? Sure! Coward? Most of the time! Bone headed decision maker? You bet! But never was he a racist. For once we agree Stefan. Wendal was good, but i would have put him on his butt just like the Walnut Grove RB... no doubt about it.
He loved all races... He gave this speech once and just called it like it was... Made us feel like family, like brothers... no one cared about the black, white thing.
TOGETHER... How we going to do it? ... TOGETHER!
I had a pick six that night.

Look, I don't know if you are aware of this, but Wendall got a ride to Grambling... I think you're a bit out of your league.
You're only runningback to speak of was Salvucci...
And we all now what happened to him...
