Moberly vs. St. Pius

Re: Isn't that true!

I'm glad that someone understands the point I was trying to get across. Thanks knob. Machi, you might have understood this a lot sooner if you would have taken your head out of your ass for a couple seconds.

Congratulations to Trinity, Priory, Cassville, and Moberly for making it to the state finals and congratulations to the winners.

Re: Isn't that true!

Knob and Opet..."lucky" goals and excuses are a form of discredit to a winning team and their players, whether you see it that way or not; they both take credit away from the players who accomplished their goals. With that said, I understood the whole time - if you say something controversial expect something controversial in return - hence the devil's advocate position I hold. You're right, this is boring, we disagree, lets quit making it a personal war and stick with opet's latest point...Congratulations to all.

Peace out, y'all

Re: Isn't that true!

Well if it was a perfect shot and somebody called it luck, I would agree with you that it would be a discredit. But the shot was not a perfect shot, and can be argued to the end of time whether it was luck or not. Whether luck or not, a goal is a goal, in is in, and it still counts as a goal. If you are upset with that, you have a lot of other things in life that will bother you.

Re: Isn't that true!

what is really funny. We have bored everybody to death that I can see that you and I are the only ones on right now.

Re: Isn't that true!

I wasn't complaining. I said it was luck. Does that change the outcome of the game because it was luck? No. I was simply stating fact. No use in complaining about something that cannot be changed.

Besides, I'd rather be lucky than good because we were good and it got us no where, didn't it?
