Somebody explain to me HOW two (supposedly) big time head football coaches teams cannot play one defensive series?

When one of Missouri's starting defensive lineman isn't good enough to start at Northwest and transfers... Thats your talent level on defense.
Not saying MSU's defense didnt play awful, because they had a lot of mistakes...but Mizzou is one of the SEC's best offensive teams. They SHOULD have been able to score on the Bears. Now, the Tigers defense on the other hand...not good. And this is coming from a Bears fan.
Cool to see Lamar's Jared Beshore getting an INT for MSU. One of the few defensive highlights of the game
I think I saw him in there but not 100% sure. I didn't know his number when I was watching so I was just looking for long hair and trying to read the names on the jerseys.Did Sam Bailey get any playing time?? Missed the game!
Will be interesting to see this week if Mizzou's defense is really that bad or is MO State offense pretty dang good. Didn't watch the game for every play, but looked like Mo State offense was really well coached, good play calling. Mizzou D at times looked lined up incorrectly, messed up handling the motion, and didn't tackle worth a dang.
Sam is number 56 and a backup offensive tackle. On special teams he switches and wears number 91.
Funny but true.
Jordan Harold started at Northwest. Didn't like being redshirted as a freshman. Transfered out his 2nd year after only playing in couple of game.
