I doubt if you'll see Villa or Pius back at state. Villa loses 6 seniors, including their best outside and middle hitters, their libero, and their 5-1 setter who was first team all-metro in St. Louis. Pius loses 4 of their 6 hitters and their 5-1 setter too. Both may have good teams, but I don't think either is the best out of their metro area.
I think most people know that Pleasant Hill didn't have a senior on the team last year and made it to Cape, so you'd have to be crazy to think that they couldn't make it back. That being said, they played O'Hara a few times over the summer and they were very good matches (I don't think O'Hara had any seniors last year either!). Districts will be re-aligned again for this coming season, and I hope these 2 teams stay in different quarters so that the KC area could possibly get 2 in the final 4 again, like class four does in St. Louis.
Perryville and Logan-Rogersville are a couple of others who could possible make some noise. I saw Perryville over the summer, and they were up and down at times. But when they were on, they looked tough.
My predictions: Perryville, Pleasant Hill, Borgia, and O'Hara.
