Mizzou football is can't think of the right word

I am 63 have watched a lot of college football. This Missouri team is the most undisciplined
team I have seen in years. Defense has no clue how to pass cover. Football program is in shambles
and I see no light at the end of the tunnel. They will win 1 more game Conn. or Idaho. Hope basketball can at least make Mizzou sports worth watching.

I have to agree but definitely, although I am not an MU fan by any means, not a good thing at all.

What's sad is how all if this really started... which few people know.

When the University took away health insurance benefits from the Graduate Assistant students they started protesting led by hunger strike man himself (who was a GA). When nobody on campus cared about their issue they decided to moph it into a racial inequality thing that got media attention with the same guy going on hunger strike.

It definitely has an effect on the mind of parents considering where to send their children (don't know that those parents will "get over it" as fast as you'd like them to...)

On top of that are parents of athletes who may steer their kids elsewhere as well...

...all adding up to dorm closures and staff layoffs

No one wants to throw away thousands in tuition or a scholarship on a downward spiral (not even when an internet intellectual tells them they just need to "get over it")

eggszactLEE... Hopefully after they fire Odom, they find the right guy and hire him. The administration and regents need to recognize that hiring head coaches on the cheap and hoping that it all works out is not the way to go.

They need to hire Coach Nickerson/Fox!! He has had success being a coach at all levels. He won a national championship once, I bet he could win another at MU!!!

Duck yes it is a reason for alot of people. The protest wasnt the problem it was the way Mizzou handled it.
