Does the big 12 count Boomers win over 8-4 weak division 2nd placeTenn as their best OOC win?
Or 7-5 arky losing to TT?

The oracle says Tennessee is the 3rd best team in the SEC. I think they are probably the 2nd best myself. Arkansas did much better in the SEC than they did playing the Big 12 or the MAC.

Arkansas will be Missouri's main rival for no other reason than geography. Even more so in basketball.

Read above moron. I was talking division titles. you guys can spin it any way you want, if it makes you feel better. My point was a simple one, we were told we couldn't compete in the SEC, and then won two DIVISIONAL titles in the first three years. I would say that is competing. And even if it is the "weak" division of the SEC, it is still a better move than staying in the Big 12.

Moron? Really? nice retort. and my point is easy to understand as well. MOST people dont consider winning the division as "taking the title" But whatever it takes to make you feel better. As far as staying in the Big 12, you would MOST LIKELY be in the same position (winning wise) an occasional division win but not able to win the league. And nothing wrong with that. Far better than it was before Pinkel. Guys stamp will be on that program for years to come.

Nothing actually. I stated in another post as well that I would take 50% of all East titles for the rest of my life, like has happened to this point. I guess I have to constantly spell out my point to some of you. That the Tigers had no problem competing in the SEC when everyone said they wouldn't.

I guess some of you only count the most recent year in sports when comparing stuff like this.

So your answer is yes. Tennessee lost to 3 SEC Teams and squeaked by SC. Thus, they're not 2nd best (although Florida is a shell of itself without Grier) .

My answer is yes. Also Bama squeaked by Tennessee at home, scoring with 2:24 left in the game to take the lead if we are going to play that game.
