Not much discussion lately. 3 players testing the waters for NBA. Do any have chance of getting drafted? Tilmon has been talked up as possible future but after the injury??

Jackson transferring out.

Any news of incoming players? I haven’t heard of any. But surely there has been some recruiting going on.

Three guys that are either delusional or bored.

Jeremiah Tilmon is one of the worst defensive players I've ever seen at MU in 30 plus years of watching the Tigers. Him defending in the modern pace and space NBA would be comical. He'd foul out in the pre-game lay-up line.

Mitchell Smith is barely a serviceable college player. He should be playing at Arkansas Tech not in the SEC. I'm not sure there's a big market in the NBA for a big man who barely shoots 30 percent from the field.

Xavier Pinson came on last year, but he'll have to find the weight room and prove he's something other than a 27 percent shooter from 3 to find a place at the next level.

Not a Mizzou answer but Frank Cusumano was talking SLU basketball and players exploring the draft....I didn't fully listen but apparently the way that the draft workout rules are this year(Covid related) it is a bit more forgiving and gives players a chance to be evaluated for the pro game but still have the chance to go back to college???

Apparently a lot of players are using this option even though they are not NBA ready......

That’s correct. The new rules apply to all 3 players. They can see if they get any interest and then come back if not.

I just haven’t seen or heard of any recruits. Pretty disheartening.

I do see some movement on the football side. I’m not sure the coach was the problem. But maybe. I don’t know enough to really make an educated decision.
