$20 for ESPN is a ripoff. When most every other streaming service is $10, with multiple channel listings...

Double that price for ESPN? Won't happen

I thought $20 was a bit high. They better offer more in that package.
A few years back John McCain talked about passing a bill
to require cable companies to allow you to choose your own
package of stations at a reduced price, but it didn't have much
support.

They are going to have to offer ALL of the ESPN listings.

Or Disney is going to have to make their own streaming service of their full listings

Just read this on Yahoo...

If it sounds high, Cards, it's because it IS high(this is what you can do when you've all but monopolized the second most popular sport in the US, NCAA FBS football...)

...the two CFP semifinal games were the top two highest rated cable programs ever!(and now they are cashing in...)

To be fair this service is offering more than just ESPN. From the article:

Sling TV -- which has no relation to another product owned by Dish, the Slingbox -- will also carry ten other channels at launch: Disney's ABC Family and Disney Channel; Scripps Networks' Food Network, HGTV and Travel Channel, as well as Time Warner's TNT, TBS, Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, and CNN.
