Yes indeed, that was a very good 'W' for the Tigers... Does the coach get any credit for the win or does he get credit only for the L's...?
It appears Coach Martin had more energy in the first half then in the come back in the second half however we must give Cuonzo Martin credit for the win. I can't be for sure if this is the start of something good with more wins in the future or this was stroke of luck that happens every once in a while. The Tigers will be playing South Carolina this Saturday with a winning streak.
The crowd @ Mizzou arena was small, I wish more people were in the stands to see his amazing come from behind win.
Dude........ Go to most any high school game in the area and the gym will most likely be packed and rockin... Attending a MizZou game today for common folks is not an easy task with the parking issue etc..
Given the choice, i'd much rather attend a high school tournament championship than a MizZou game... Come to Sturgeon Saturday and I'll show ya what I mean... C =)~
Taking words from University City high school basketball coach Kelvin Lee, " If your shot isn't falling, drive the ball and get to the line. " That is what the Missouri Tigers did in the second half. This could be a blessing for Missouri since the Martin coached Tigers are a top free throw shooting team. Missouri broke a four game losing streak with their big come back win last night. Could this be a new beginning ( Are more of the same ) for the Martin coached Tigers!

washMoSports, will you be @ the Borgia-Pacific game next week? New hall of Fame coach Dave Nier will be on display. It is my opinion that Pacific coach John VanLeer will also be a Hall Of Fame coach in the near future. Borgia appears to be playing better and might give the Pacific Indians all they want.
Pacific has a good supporting cast of coaches--Hart Hillhouse, Cullen VanLeer, Thumb and others. How would any high school coach like to match wits with that Pacific staff. I saw Pacific dismantle an undefeated Washington team a few weeks ago as the Indians played a near perfect game.
What's the state of the program in Martin's third year when beating the 13th place team in the SEC at home is a "big win"? Oof.
Metro I’m not sure if I will make that game or not. I agree with you on Coach Van Leer. He’s a very good coach. Actually ran into him last night at the Union Tournament. Pacific is in a rebuilding year but they are capable of beating anyone. I would expect Borgia to win but anything can happen when these teams play.
ha ha. Well it’s not in very good state. But again it’s better than losing to the number 13 team. Ha ha
