Not sure there is a winner in this whole fiasco at Columbia. But if there is, I'd have to think it is Missouri State, or any other university in-state for that matter.. Seniors across the state are going to take a closer look at all the options. I'm a little biased because I am a Missouri State alum, but man oh man does Mizzou look like a rough choice right now. Heard a parent today say that "they are not thrilled about the idea of their child going to MU"
Maybe the message at MU is one of student unity, but I am having a hard time seeing it on social media. And I live in a town just an hour from Columbia w/ a lot of Mizzou graduates. Your all's thoughts? Does this turn possible future students away, or promote a culture of acceptance/unity and draw more in (specifically minority)?
