Flynn is not an innocent man, he absolutely belongs nowhere near any position of power, and it's downright comical for the President of the US to be yammering on about someone who conspired with foreign countries against our government.

According to the notes. What the FBI did to Flynn is the definition of entrapment. After that it's up to yammering people with no credibility in power to lie and tell you what to think.

It is your mental definition of entrapment, but it absolutely is not under the legal one. Entrapment means a very specific thing. It not entrapment for the Feds to ask you a question that they know the answer to in the hopes that you lie. This is well tread ground, and not a remotely useful point for Flynn's defense.
It's one thing to think that this shouldn't be a Federal crime. It's another to pretend that it isn't.
And, again, Flynn isn't in trouble because he lied to the Feds. He's in trouble because of the underlying actions he committed. He's very guilty and he knows he is very guilty. This is a sideshow of a process, and you should be embarrassed for not analyzing it critically. They have him on tape with the Russian Ambassador! They have all the nonsense with him and Turkey, too, that was amply documented. He absolutely belonged nowhere near the White House.

Is there really a question that the audience for all of Flynn's antics is the White House and a subset of the general public that thinks he got railroaded because he supported DJT? Because no one with a JD seems to think it is for the judge in his case.
