Responsibilities

(Including, but not limited to)

• Organization and operation of all levels of the football program
• Oversee all aspects of the program
• Make recommendations to the Athletic Director regarding hiring and appropriate level of placement of assistant coaches
• Team publicity
• Organize and administer a summer program (9-12)
• Commitment to the MSHSAA and FFSD athletic policies
• Work with the community feeder programs
• Work with head coaches in the athletic program to cultivate multi-sport student-athletes

Qualification

• Valid State of Missouri, Teaching certificate
• Ability to work collaboratively with administration, community, and staff
• Demonstrated leadership in developing an outstanding football program
• Ability to manage and motivate a Class 5A football program
• Previous Head Coaching or Varsity Coordinator experience preferred
