Personally hate to lose Bowe but this is
a great addition to the CHIEFS offense.
Would like to see he and Bowe on the
field for KC though.

Chip Kelly is taking some major heat.
Replacing McCoy with 32 year old Gore
and now losing Maclin after trading DeSean.
He better win 10+ games in 2015.

Touchdowns? Uhhhh
TDs the last 3 seasons: 3,5,0

Losing Bowe and gaining Maclin has been one of the best thing the Chiefs have done this offseason!! Bowe got paid like a number one WR but sure didn't play like one. The coaches can praise his blocking skills all they want but 2nd and 3rd WRs can block and get paid a lot less

Sorry everyone...I guess I should have put a #sarcasm at the end of my statement above. I thought that since he had 0 TD's last year would give it away:)

Priceless. Way to many on this board want to "correct" everyone rather than give a few seconds thought. ;-)

This move raises an interesting question. With signing Maclin and , will the Chiefs look to draft an OL or a DB in the first round? Also, the Chiefs should just go ahead and promote Chase Daniel to the full time starter so Maclin and Daniel can light up the scoreboard again!!

Considering Philly threw for 1300 more yards than KC those numbers mean little. Lets try this...First five years which is what Maclin has played.

Bowe 356 rec. 4927 yards 13.8 ypc 36 tds 3 fumbles
Maclin 343 rec 4771 yards 13.9 ypc 36 tds 3 fumbles

not much difference. Biggest difference may be Maclin actually was used last year. According to stats.com Bowe had 7 dropped passes last year. The same as Jimmy graham, T.Y. Hilton, Anguan Boldin and less than the 9 that players like Demarius Thomas, Reggie Wayne and Steve Smith had. I understand people not liking him I guess but it was just 2010 when he led the league in TD passes. I dont think he is the reason KC had no TD passes I mean there were 7+ other WR to take the field without a TD pass. Bowe has also played without much on th opposite side of the field therefor getting everbodys top defender most games throughout his career. I think hes got plenty left being just 30 yrs old. Im interested to see what kind of numbers Maclin has catching 5 yard outs 7-8 times a game. KC needs two threats to open up the field for Jamaal.

JEREMY MACLIN: 26 YEARS OLD CAP $11M

Who cares about Bowe's numbers from way back when? NFL stands for Not For Long, bro!

What about YAC??? YAC +2 for Maclin
