Blair Oaks has always been right on the Class 2 / 3 line. In all honesty, its a bit early to say that they are going to be Class 2.

Lamar has played BO in the playoffs before, they've won some and they've lost some. However, modern BO is quite a bit better than Modern Lamar IMO
If healthy, I think BO would be the favorite in Class 2 or 3. They will need to replace some lineman but they will be pretty special at the skill spots this year.
Blair Oaks, California, Hallsville, Versailles, Centralia, Macon, Mountain Grove, Ava, Cuba, Knob Noster are the traditional floaters between Class 2 and 3 every year.

Out of recent years I would have to say this year, if the key players can stay healthy (some were not last year), they could be one of the best BO team we have seen.
