I’m sure LSN wouldn’t turn them away, but I’d have to think long and hard to name the last transfer from a STL private to a KC public.

Next up "The Battle for St.Mary's Recruits" LSN vs. CBC

CBC came out of halftime committed to running the ball down LN's throats in the extreme cold which was worsening along with the wind and boy did they ever. Once they got the Eagles into "uncharted water" it was over. The proverbial snowball rolling down the mountain. NOW on to the "get out of jail free" rematch with LS North who had them beat and let CBC get away in last year's semi. For a reason I cannot really pin down at this point I think that will be a tighter game.

Hope you are right, but just have a feeling this final isn't even close. LN's defense was the better of the two (LN vs LSN) and CBC just hung close to 300 yds rushing on them. The two CBC turnovers in the first half kept this close, the Love kid and the two other backs for CBC are freaky good.

Love is easily the best RB I have seen at the HSFB level in many years maybe since Darren Sproles at Olathe North..........

In all fairness LN dropped a sure pick 6. The CBC QB struggled to say the least against the wind today.

The archdiocese wanted St M to merge with Dubourg. There's a private group that is trying to keep St. Mary's open but not affiliated with the archdiocese. I think there' a lot of money in the St. M alumni but this will take a lot of money and ongoing money. Their website is www.theworkisours.com

Your source is incorrect. Borgia will be a lot better, but it won't be due to influx of students from STL.
