We have a principle of not allowing double jeopardy in this country. While she wasn't tried in court (leaving open the possibility of prosecution) she has been investigated already and apparently it was decided she WAS guilty but not charged because of Obamas DOJ. You can try to blame Trump for what they did but that is just liberal distraction.
I didn't say it was (I said the possibility of prosecution existed). I haven't ruled out prosecution for her crimes yet.
