Get tired of watching the girls games before the boys and seeing how the officials call the game different. Girls can't be physical in the post better stand straight up like a statue or (automatic foul), can't bump on the perimeter (automatic foul), and for darn sure don't try and block a shot in traffic (got em with the body all day long). Reffs make the game slower and boring when they call a weak game. Just my 2 cents after a few games watched this season.

I watch a LOT of games where I really don't care who wins and I don't know how many times I've seen a foul called on a 6 footer that blocked the shot of 5'6' girl with hand on top of the ball, from the front or behind, and a foul was called. It seems to me a lot officials just don't think girls can block shots.

Watched more games today. Big girls get no love or calls. If you are smaller and go hard at a bigger player it is most likely going to end in a blocking foul. Let a big girl go hard at a smaller person and it most likely ends with a charge ??

Penalty for being tall. Happens on the boys side too.

My favorite is the "got em with the body" call. If there is ever a weak call down low you can bet on that being what they say.

Every time they call it before a foul is committed and then a clean block happens, you are correct they automatically call with the body. Does not mater that they never touched bodies. Stop anticipating calls would be best practice Not an easy job but don't punish big girls because they block shots it is part of the game.
