I am a fan of Kiko Alonso. I think he will be a superstar in Philly. But is still seems like a risky move to trade one of the best players in the league for a guy coming off knee surgery.

Yeah it's always a crapshoot on if guys are going to be the same after any major knee injury like that. If he comes back and is the same guy then Philly did ok, but yeah that was a risky trade and the Bills profit big time off of this. That being said let's see how Shady does with a much worse offensive line in an offense that isn't wide open spread.

Alot of it was money. McCoy is due 24 million over the next three years. Although just 26 years old thats alot of money for a RB. Alonso is due 1.25 million the next two years. I think Chip Kelly believes he can put any decent RB in his system and he will have the numbers without the high salary.

Ya, the Bills got the better end of this deal. With Alonso coming off a knee surgery, there isn't any guarantee he will preform at the same level. McCoy however, still has some great years left, barring some unforeseen major injury, and should excel with Rex Ryan. Does any team make a move now for CJ Spiller?

I would think at this point its a wait and see who got the best deal. Sure McCoy is young and had very good numbers his first four years nobody knows what next year will bring. New team new offense and Kyle Orton or Cassel as their QB plus the way I read it Buffalo is right at or over the cap limit and still need to sign DE Jerry Hughes.
