Kearney over Nevada 35-0 half

I feel real, real, real safe stating we will NEVER see another ending like Kearney vs. Webb 2015.
I am pretty sure i could have taken the entire canadian army by myself after that one. Hate to see boys go through a loss like that. Gut wrenching. But hey, who tries to handoff to the fullback that has that acceleration into the hole. Looking back of course you would like to see a direct snap to the rb or something. Two of webbs three state losses were fumbles at the 1.

I think the most positive loss i had ever seen was to clayton. Seeing those guys celebrate after beating our big bad webb was something.

I remember the "Jairus Byrd Bowl" in 2004 all too well. Felt awful for the kid on that play overjoyed as I was at the title win!

This was the year CJ had Webb beat in districts and the CJ QB fumbled the ball after he ran for the game clinching 1st down and then dropped the ball right before he started to slide. If he just goes down with the ball CJ could have kneeled the clock out. That kid took it hard.

As great of a game as it was, it sucked that an unforced botched handoff on the 1 yard line helped decide it. That's the game, though.

SInce there was the blown call at the edge of the red zone on the fumble by Webb the refs blew big time, it was cosmic karma.

Always love the respect kearney people gave to an injured player. Shows the class you dont have.

What is he supposed to do, commend them?
Probably take ownership of a loss rather than blaming a position group for poor play. That would be what you should do for your players, even if they did play poorly
