Sounds like this won’t be as close as I once thought. After talking to a few people that are close friends Kearney coaching staff, sounds like H-Ville is still a little down. I originally thought they would be a force after finishing the season strong with a young team. Sounds like the departure of their head coach is leaving them reeling. Kearney will roll in their new stadium home opener.

Harrisonville is a little down compared to what they historically have been. They also just had their head coach leave. Being that sudden and late in the season, I'm sure it didnt help.
Never know how a team will react to that situation. Those kids, I am sure, are going to be just fine although their record may not reflect it as they play quite the non-con slate!

Yeah I was surprised to hear how down they still are. Sounds like the KMO coaching staff is VERY confident this will end well for the dawgs.

What's the story on him leaving that late? Seems strange.
There really isn't one beyond he stated he wants to spend more time with his family. As I stated back when he announced I feel that is inside the HVille family so I really don't want to know more.

I know that’s what he said, just pretty sure I’m not buying that as the reason.
