You don't understand how Satellites/Drones work do you? Satellites have a flight path cannot hover and don't give real time data they have 5-10 min to relay data to earth when they go over a ground station... and most of them but the newest cannot see through Clouds or ground cover.....maybe top thinking what you see on TV and the Movies is real.
And Drones have limited ranges and limitations as well also the amount of data that can be relayed and how fast it can be relayed has limitations depending on the style and type of drone.
And terrorist are smart they often enter mingle their camps with lots of Civilians... women and children.
The Pentagon/military always wants to keep troops deployed. It had nothing to do with blame. Your kind never passes up a chance to come up with a conspiracy to pass off as fact.
We sent troops and spent billions for 20 yrs in Afghan with no end in sight. Haven't you learned the lesson about getting caught up in another country's quagmire civil war?
Yes, there will be always be the threat of terrorist attacks. Our intelligence communities are doing a better job and have thwarted some plots since 9/11. If the terrorists do succeed, then we bring the hammer down again.
After seeing what covid did to our country, I fear a biological plot.
I understand that our drones can and DID get eyes on that dude on the balcony and blew him up. I don't know if he was ever spotted by a satellite, I do know he's dead! I didn't see any of that story in a movie saw it reported on TV and it was true. Nuff said. If we want to blow up a training camp for terrorist I reckon a satellite could help for sure, they ain't goin in the house for dinner, they'll still be there when we're ready to send them off to meet their 60 virgins.
What conspiracy are you talking about? the Pentagon and Generals said the country would go to crap if we didn't keep a few thousand troops deployed. And the experts were correct again how is that a conspiracy?
I understand why Trump and Biden wanted out but that doesn't mean it was the wise or correct decision to cut and run.
Your kind never passes up a chance to try and smear facts and logic by calling it a conspiracy LOL...... And no the Pentagon and Military don't always want troops deployed that is pure BS. They often advise against deployment and for Political reasons those in power do otherwise.
I know about the balcony incident that wasn't my point. My point is locating, targeting and attacking training camps isn't as easy as you made it sound and even when they do as I said they often shield those camps with civilians of women and children.
This isn't a plan that I just pulled out of thin air... this was a stated Military Objective of the War on Terror formulated by the Military/Pentagon experts. It is a Old tactic it's always better to fight a war on the oppositions soil than your own.
It is the Reason we Keep a 100+ military bases of operation going and have the Largest and most advanced Navy/Air Force to strike across the Globe quickly and efficiently. Our Goal is to fight Over There not Here.
