Flynn's lawyers are running a clown show, and they're taking their defendant, who pleaded guilty, from a chance to get probation into jail.
They have the call transcripts that lay out what he did, plus he cooperated already with the prosecutors, laying out evidence of what he did. That remains admissible in court.
His whole legal defense now consists of insane conspiracy theories (Peter Strzok is out to get me!) that only make sense if the plan is to get a pardon from Trump.
