Jays jumped out early using superior quickness and size (as might be expected of a school nearly twice the size), but the Roosters' depth clearly wore JC out and they almost pulled off the comeback. A failed 4th and 4 by the Roosters with the score tied late was perhaps the biggest play of the game. If they make it, it is likely they go in for the winning score. They didn't, so now JC had a short field and took advantage to get the go-ahead (and eventually winning) field goal.
It was a fun game to watch.
