Is there any word out about filling in the open dates that the stl shutdown is creating? Hate to see the Indians miss out on those games. Especially the Cardnal Ritter game.

Jackson’s options are limited, but I would like to see them schedule Fox on either Oct. 2nd, at Fox, or Oct. 16 at Jackson. Both of those dates seem to be open for Fox since STL County has cancelled football. Fox would seem the most natural fit. After that, JXN will have a problem finding an opponent, but I think they’d be willing to play just about anyone... other than Battle, that is.

STL County football is not cancelled. Plan is to have everyone's first game being on October 2nd. This would be week 6 for everyone else.

Depends on who you ask up here honestly. Our rival school wants to play in the Spring just for the chance of having more games than in the fall. The school I am at, along with a lot of the neighboring schools, feel very comfortable that there will be a season.

Lol, I hope it happens! Being involved in this whole thing the past couple months and having the inside scoop of every school in South County has made me hopeful!

Depends on who you ask up here honestly. Our rival school wants to play in the Spring just for the chance of having more games than in the fall. The school I am at, along with a lot of the neighboring schools, feel very comfortable that there will be a season.

I too am feeling more confident than ever after last Wednesday with the sports task force coming out and saying STL County should be playing football with precautions just like a lot of other counties plus calling out Sam Page for refusing o meet with them. Then the local media is finally coming down on Page and you have the rally outside of Page's neighborhood.
