I woke up and there was 3 inches of snow in my yard. I don’t have video of it snowing and I wasn’t outside to see it myself. I guess it is possible a truck loaded with snow came in the middle of the night and dumped it all.

I don’t have direct evidence that it snowed, only circumstantial.

Those of us claiming Trump might not have directed or even known about the withholding of funds to extort the Ukraine Prez also truly believe an army of trucks came into my subdivision and dumped snow in everyone’s yard.

When the circumstantial evidence is this strong the onus is on YOU to show me video of the trucks driving into my neighborhood loaded with snow.

You don’t have to have direct evidence. Stop being idiotic.

You said it snowed not that you interpreted it as snow or were told that it snowed or it looked like snow.
NO ONE has said it snowed or they saw snow to this point.

I almost want to quit responding because these republican clowns are grabbing at straws, they know the end is near and they don't know what to do.

That's not how the law works.

If you're pursuing charges, the onus is on you to make your case beyond a shadow of a reasonable doubt.

For the record, this isn't a defense of Trump it's just a reality check as to how our justice system is supposed to work.

Wrong. Circumstantial evidence is used every freakin day. Without it literally no one could be convicted. Watch some trials, bruh. My nephew is a lawyer in Ste Gen if you ever need one. He can help you, bruh.

secondly, this isn’t a court of law. The house determines what is an infraction using their discretion. Bruh.

Ok. It's cute when you get all fired up about things you know nothing about.

When I need legal advise I'll look up your nephew. Or maybe I'll just talk to one of the lawyers I work with literally every day.

How exactly does your nephew being a lawyer qualify you to talk about criminal law? My uncle's a surgeon, doesn't mean I know jack about open heart surgery...you're a retired PE teacher. Stay in your lane.
